About Us
TimeAndPlan is built and operated by Pqxel Inc, a company based in Canada.
We built TimeAndPlan because everyday time, date, and travel math shouldn't require juggling multiple tabs, spreadsheets, or mental arithmetic. Every tool here does one job — converting a time zone, working out a flight's arrival time, adding days to a date — and shows the result immediately, with no account or sign-up required.
What TimeAndPlan offers
TimeAndPlan is a set of eight practical, single-purpose calculators grouped around time, dates, and travel planning: the Time Converter for comparing time zones, the Flight Hours Planner for arrival times, Roadtrip Pricer for estimating fuel cost, and calculators for adding or subtracting time, work hours, the span between two dates, adding or subtracting days, and exact age. Each one is focused on a single task rather than trying to be a do-everything dashboard.
Free, no account needed
Every calculator on TimeAndPlan is free to use, with no account, sign-up, or download required. What you type in stays in your browser — where a link can carry your selections (a city list, a chosen date and time), it does so entirely in the page URL, not by saving anything to a server or tying it to an identity. See our Privacy Policy for the specifics, including how Google Analytics and Google AdSense use cookies.
Accuracy and limitations
These calculators are built for everyday planning, not for situations where a mistake would be costly. Time zone and daylight saving rules are read from the browser's own IANA time zone database, so they reflect real, current rules rather than a fixed lookup table — but flight, roadtrip, and work-hours results are only as accurate as the numbers you enter; none of them pull in live flight schedules, traffic conditions, or payroll rules. For anything time-sensitive or high-stakes, confirm the result against an authoritative source. See our Terms of Use for the full statement.
Report a problem or send feedback
If a result looks wrong, a city or time zone is missing, or something is confusing to use, we'd genuinely like to hear about it — reach us via our Contact page or at support@pqxel.atlassian.net.
