How to Use TimeAndPlan

TimeAndPlan is eight small, single-purpose calculators for time zones, flights, driving, work hours, and dates — no account, nothing saved on a server. Each one is built to be usable without instructions, but if you want the short version of how each tool works, here it is.

Time Converter

Compares local time across two or more cities on a draggable, color-coded timeline.

  • Add the cities you want to compare using the search field.
  • Drag any city's timeline, or use the date/time picker, to change the moment being compared — every city updates together.
  • Copy the page link to share your exact city list and selected time with someone else.

  • Enter a clock time and a duration (or two clock times, for "Time between").
